Jazbell’s Terms and Conditions – Shipping Policy

We partner exclusively with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your orders. During business hours—Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT (excluding holidays)—we work hard to process orders quickly and accurately. You can view our 2025 Holiday Schedule here.

Please note: We currently do not ship internationally. Our focus is on timely and secure U.S. deliveries.


Jazbell Natural Skin Products – Lost Packages, Returns & Exchanges

Lost Packages

If USPS confirms that your package was lost during delivery, we’ll replace it free of charge. We want you to receive your order safely and without stress.

Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your product, you may request an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. Here’s how it works:

  1. Email us at hello@jazbell.com and let us know what went wrong and which product you’d like instead.
  2. We will send you a replacement of the same size (2oz, 4oz, or 8oz) at no extra cost.
  3. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  4. We will also provide a prepaid return label for your original purchase.

Returns & Refunds

If you prefer a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@jazbell.com within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Return the item in its original packaging using our prepaid label.
  3. We will notify PayPal to process your refund to the credit card used for the original order.
  4. Once PayPal provides a refund timeline, we’ll share it with you via email or phone.

Payment and Security

Sales Tax
